parent. The parent has a function as a controller. Second is The Adult. Because

critical questions. And third is the child. Anxiety, anger and all feelings
will be poured into the child's soul. So in an anxious feeling, we must know
the atmosphere of ourselves and the form of the question so as not to cause
undesirable things. For prevention, try by allowing time to recognize yourself
whether you are a controller, a wise person or more expressing an emotion.
