In feeling anxious, we are always confused about how to respond to a critical question well. Here described there is a theory called the Parent, Adult, and Child. This is a theory of personality and personal change. This theory is often used for therapeutic treatment and one of them also as a way of responding to the critical with our thoughts. First, The parent. The parent has a function as a controller. Second is The Adult. Because it has mature, broad and experienced thinking, it can be a way of responding to critical questions. And third is the child. Anxiety, anger and all feelings will be poured into the child's soul. So in an anxious feeling, we must know the atmosphere of ourselves and the form of the question so as not to cause undesirable things. For prevention, try by allowing time to recognize yourself whether you are a controller, a wise person or more expressing an emotion.

 Jenny Gould says: "Stress is about how we think and fell about the pressure on us." The way we respond to our own stress depends on personality “Driver” where the real personality comes from the childhood. Like a parent's message that asks us to be perfect.
