Getting The Balance Right

To be a healthy person in health, life or in relationships, we must be able to balance everything well. There are several things to be covered in this chapter.

The first thing is your support network. Having lots of supportive relationships can counteract the stress of having someone listen to our complaints, someone who is very accepting of who we are, someone who makes us comfortable. It can all support us to fight our stress.

The second thing is to move. Are you a sportsman? If not. It is very natural if we often feel stress. In some studies, anxiety can be caused by the inactivity of our body and our brains are rarely refreshed. So try to start training or just walking in the morning.

Last is one thing that is important but we always underestimate it. That is A good night's sleep. Good sleep is 7-9 hours at night. Maybe you already know that sleep is very important. It is useful to rest our body totally so that the next day can wake up fresh and activities well.

In addition to some of the above, there are many other things you can do to reduce our anxiety. Such as deep relaxation and mindfulness. That's all we can get in this book.
