The secret to knowing the anxiety is to know the sign first. Like feeling the shoulders feel tense, gritted teeth or feel disappointed. If you realize it soon, take an action soon.
In this chapter, there are several techniques that will help you to better control the anxiety.
• Stop! Breathe slowly and smoothly into your abdominal area, making the 'out breath longer than the' in 'breath. Almost like surfing the breath. The more relaxed you breathe, the more easily the anxiety will disappear.
• Focus yourself at one point. Look with a straight head. Look around you casually.
• Take a break. Maybe you've done a lot of things and made you tired of causing you to think things through.
• Do some easy exercise in your workplace. Do whatever feels good. such as stretching your neck, massage temples or shaking your hips.
• Soft and flowing. If you are feeling upset or upset, take a moment to know where your body feels. Is it in the chest, in your head, or in your stomach? Then say soften and flow and feel with a relaxed breath. Do it repeatedly.
Many of these techniques are so easy, but they do not always work. They will be useful if you need them. It will react quickly to control the thought of anxiety and feelings.
