Summary:
As a human, it's normal we must be worried, but what if we are afraid of being over worry? The trick, we must be able to understand those feelings, we must be able to accept and find the cause before the feeling is destroying ourselves.

“The ‘Locus of control’ is developed by American psychologist Julian B. Rotter in 1956. It looks at the extent to which you feel have control over your life, whether you feel your destiny depend on you, or on outside forces” – Jenny Gould
Locus has two types, Internal Locus and External Locus. If you have Internal Locus, you believe in yourself that can change your life, and make your own fortune. Believe in yourself that always has a choice of what's going on with your life. While the external locus, you will be more trusting luck, destiny and circumstance. You might blame others, such the weather or government. If you have a strong external locus, there might be a risk in developing 'victim' mentality. Therefore, we are healthier to have an internal locus. Strengthen the internal locus by giving time to yourself, trying to introspect yourself. What to do, try new things, see yourself and live more closely.

“Life shrinks or expand in proportion to your courage” – Anaias Nin

We certainly cannot control everything that happens in life, but if you know what you want, you can always walk towards your will and know what obstacles will happen.

Stop wasting your time!

Make sure what the top priority is. Maybe we are school or work but, we still have to look around in our lives. Such family, relationships, hobbies, health and welfare.
