Research has observed students and English learners in Thailand. According to the circumstances, in Thailand is a country that is very concerned in the economy and as the global economy goes, English must be mastered by students and other residents. Government and educators are trying to equalize the English language skills. Even so, there are several factors mentioned in this study.

The first is the pronunciation factor. Thai language is well known for its unique pronunciation and it causes some words in English difficult to express. Second is the original language factor. Learner is difficult to change source language to target language. Thai native must be different from English native. Third there is age. The oldest student is faster and more efficient in learning English. But, there are also young learners who can be more than the oldest students. Because when childhood, he ever learn it. Fourth is experience in English. This factor is very helpful in having the ability to speak English. If the learner ever lived in the English-speaking environment is very profitable but on the contrary, students try to learn English and the environment is less support, this will hamper. Fifth is factor Phonetic ability. According to Brown (1992), phonetic ability is sometimes called the ability of phonetic coding. That is the general views some people have better listening skills for foreign languages than others. Therefore, they are able to discriminate between the two sounds more accurate than others and ale to imitate sounds better. Sixth is Attitude and identity. Other interesting factors that affect the acquisition and improvement of target language pronunciation are the property of a person attitudes toward target language speakers and the extent to which the language ego is identified with the speakers. As Brown (1992) points out, students with a positive attitude toward people who speak the target language tend to learn more successful pronunciation. And the last factor is mentioned above confirm the role of native language, age, experience in learning English, phonetic ability, attitude and identity, and motivation and attention to good pronunciation in learning a language as an important factor affecting student pronunciation. However, there is a debate that goes on and on between scholars and researchers from the context of learning and teaching different languages, which suggests various thing version of implications and warnings in teaching pronunciation.

So, I mentioned above confirm the role of native language, age, experience in learning English, phonetic ability, attitude and identity, and motivation and attention to good pronunciation in learning a language as an important factor affecting student pronunciation. However, there is a debate that goes on and on between scholars and researchers from the context of learning and teaching different languages, which suggests various things version of implications and warnings in teaching pronunciation. This requires more focused studies more specifically in certain contexts to support the main teachings of progressive language pedagogy.
